DIESEL FUEL MAINTENANCE SYSTEMS
WHAT IS HAPPENING IN YOUR TANK?Because most facilities believe they purchase diesel fuel at optimal spec and good quality, the actual condition of stored diesel is rarely questioned. But the conditions are no longer what they used to be. With today's TIER4 injection systems, the new critical question is;
"How Should I Store and Maintain My Diesel?"
This question is now unavoidable — for the reliable operation of modern injectors working at tolerances of 2–4 μm and pressures up to 30,000 PSI, and by extension for energy continuity and business resilience.
THE GAME HAS CHANGED!
For facilities operating under a critical operations code, we must now clearly understand today’s fuel, fuel systems, and the new preventive maintenance requirements they demand. Ten years ago, diesel engines did not need the level of fuel maintenance quality that EVERGEE delivers today. An engine could run on poor-quality fuel — perhaps not at the desired efficiency, but it would run.
Today, the new diesel chemistry and advanced TIER4 engines require continuous in-tank maintenance of stored fuel. Fuel must be kept under constant control through physical, biological, and chemical protection stages — and this maintenance must be traceable and reportable.
Be assured: bad fuel no longer just means black smoke or reduced engine power.
Unmaintained Diesel Now Means Facility Downtime and Significant Losses.
