This notice explains how personal data collected through this website is handled. It is written to meet Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and Article 13 of the GDPR.

What is collected
The contact form is the only place this site collects personal data. It sends:
- Your name
- Your email address
- A subject line
- Your message
- The office you selected (Istanbul, Houston or Montreal)
Why, and on what basis
The data is used only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to take a quotation forward. The basis is that processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Your details are not used for marketing and are not sold to anyone.
Who receives it, and transfers abroad
Form submissions are relayed through Web3Forms, a form service whose servers are outside Türkiye. That is a transfer abroad under KVKK Article 9 and a third-country transfer under the GDPR, and it relies on the consent you give when you submit the form.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes connection data in order to deliver the page to you.
Maps and video load only when you explicitly ask for them. Until you do, nothing is sent to Google or YouTube.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to run any resulting commercial relationship, plus any period required by law. They are deleted after that.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and the equivalent GDPR rights, you can ask us to:
- Confirm whether your personal data is being processed
- Tell you what is held and why
- Confirm it is being used for the purpose it was collected for
- Name the third parties it has been shared with, in Türkiye or abroad
- Correct anything incomplete or wrong
- Delete or destroy it, within the limits the law allows
- Pass any correction or deletion on to anyone it was shared with
- Object to a decision reached purely by automated analysis
- Compensate you for damage caused by unlawful processing
